The two programmes
Crash Next Law runs two text programmes, and you choose each one separately with its own box.
Request updates are recurring automated text messages about a request you sent us: confirmation that it arrived, replies and status updates. They are not marketing.
Marketing messages are recurring automated marketing text messages: reminders of what to gather after a crash, notes about new guides and news about our service.
How you join
You join by ticking an empty consent box on crashnext.com and submitting your own mobile number, on the text updates page or the Get in touch form. We never text numbers taken from a list or given to us by someone else.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
For each sign-up we keep the wording agreed to, the page, the time and the internet address it came from.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies; you should expect no more than 4 messages per month from each programme. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How you opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages from either programme. Reply HELP for help, or call (719) 701-8266 or email info@crashnext.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your number
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing. The Privacy policy covers the rest of your details.
