About us
Help with the first steps after a crash
Crash Next Law is a free information service for people who have been in a vehicle accident and do not know where to begin.

Who we are
Built for the week after the crash
Most people have never needed to know how an injury claim works until the morning after one. By then the insurers are calling, the car is in a yard somewhere and the paperwork has already started.
We write guides that put those first days in order, explain what insurers and attorneys will ask about, and point to the questions that are worth asking someone qualified. When a reader wants a professional to look at their situation, we can pass their request to an independent attorney who handles vehicle accident claims in their state.
Crash Next Law is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Reading this website or sending us a form does not create an attorney-client relationship.
How we work
Six standards we hold ourselves to
Written for one situation
Everything here is about vehicle crashes: cars, trucks, motorcycles, rideshare, people on foot and on bicycles. We do not try to cover all of law.
Plain words first
Where a legal or insurance term matters, we use it and explain it in the same sentence.
Honest about limits
We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Every guide says where general information stops and advice for your state begins.
Your choice, every time
We pass your details to an attorney only when you choose a review on the form. Asking a question never commits you to anything.
Careful with figures
We do not publish settlement amounts, deadlines in years or promises about results, because a wrong number can do real harm.
Private by default
Your details are not sold or leased, and your mobile number is never shared for marketing.
Our aim
That nobody signs a release, misses a deadline or gives a statement they regret because nobody explained it first.
What we do
Publish clear guides and articles, answer questions about using them, and pass a request for review to an attorney when asked.
What we do not do
Give legal advice, represent anyone, value a claim, recommend a particular lawyer or charge for anything.
Not sure what to do next?
Tell us what happened and we will point you to the right guide, or pass your request to an accident attorney if you ask us to.
